Spacebar to toggle fullscreen, Esc to pause the game.

You're a magician robbing a bank! Grab as much gold as you can and reach an elevator (purple doors) before you run out of time!

Warning : due to a bug the elevator won't let you in, you can juste declare you won lmao

Be carefull not to be too greedy : if the green timer reaches the end, you will die!

  • Draft Phase:  You get 10 random cards. Select cards for each action you want to add to your plan, and drag them to the slots on the right side. Use the right click of the mouse to put a card back in your hand or to drag the map around! You can also use the mouse wheel to zoom on the map.
  • Execution phase: Act according to your plan. For each action you do, the guards will move. If they spot you, they will try to catch you, so plan ahead strategically !

You can interact with objects on the map to hide in closets and loot chests. You can also grab the gold laying on the ground with "loot". And remember ! You aren't stealing, you're simply getting your money!

Note : If you are ever softlocked, the spacebar replaces the current action with "sleep".

There's a lot of complexity, but the concept is pretty interesting. I like how bold and radical it is. But it also makes the game a bit too unforgivable. I like the idea of planning carefully, but less being out of option when facing a threat and knowing I'm facing a certain doom. Perhaps there lack a "last resort panic" mechanic to be able to reacts to a threat (for a great cost or as a risky maneuver). Also the size of the map makes the guard moves pretty unpredictable, making it hard to determine when I'll need to hide or escape.

But it was still fun to try beating it! The UI is clean and fast to use once you understand it. And each card explains itself very well (except maybe the diversion)! Great work also on the art and music, the game looks nice and has good feedback.

Really cool idea, and I liked the art and music. I found it a bit difficult to tell whether I was stuck or not, UI to show where you could move to during an action would be great. Quite a novel concept though and definitely has lots of potential.

Try spacebar if you're locked

It skips the current action
